Shipping costs for orders
1) Free for all of Greece by bank deposit.
Cash on delivery, there is a fixed charge of € 3 for each order.
2) For overseas orders, shipping costs are determined by arrangement, depending on the country of shipment.
3) It is possible to pick up from the store after ordering by phone.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 5 business days depending on product availability. For orders that are delayed for more than the above period, you will be notified via e-mail. You can also be informed about the progress of your order, by logging in to your account and selecting the "History" option.

In case of return of products through no fault of the store
a) A telephone consultation must be made first.
b) Shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer
c) The refund is made through a bank after the shipping costs have been withheld.
